Regionalwert AG is aiming for nothing less than a "grandchild-friendly food and agriculture" in the Hamburg Metropolitan Region as cheap food comes at a cost, said Ulf Schönheim, Board Member. To achieve this goal, the corporation relies on regional value chains, a network of local partner companies and has set up a public limited company involving local citizens. How do regional companies work together and how does that benefit the local economy?
