Schönheim outlines Regionalwert AG's philosophy as well as sustainable food and agriculture

Regionalwert AG is aiming for nothing less than a "grandchild-friendly food and agriculture" in the Hamburg Metropolitan Region as cheap food comes at a cost, said Ulf Schönheim, Board Member. To achieve this goal, the corporation relies on regional value chains, a network of local partner companies and has set up a public limited company involving local citizens. How do regional companies work together and how does that benefit the local economy? How can people take part? Schönheim tells Future Hamburg Talk how Regionalwert AG works and the how he hit on the idea for the company.
