Lubeck: Q&A event on Industry 4.0

Event for founders and innovative firms. How can SMEs adjust? One start-up tells of its experience

What does 4.0 actually mean? Does it simply mean linking up production machines or is there more to it? Is my business idea in the 4.0 region, and if so, are there grants available to implement a development idea? These and other questions will be discussed at an event on September 19th in Lubeck’s technology centre MFC (Technikzentrum Lübeck).

Start-ups talk about their experiences

Those with ideas or people interested in founding a company and innovative SMEs can get an overview of functions and technology fields in the digitalisation of valued added chains. The start-up Nextlabel, which has developed an app for steering machines, will talk about their everyday work.

Information will also be available about current support measures “4.0 Test Environment – Mobilising SMEs for Industry 4.0” (4.0-Testumgebungen – Mobilisierung von KMU für Industrie 4.0) offering SMEs access to grants.
