Fledgling Rittec Umwelttechnik GmbH developing novel means of recycling plastics

Recycling plastics is complex. Now, Rittec GmbH has come up with a special means of completely recycling polyethylene terephthalate (PET) and giving it a new life many times over. Watch our latest Future Hamburg Talk to get more insight into environmental technology.

Carsten Eichert, Managing Director of Rittec Umwelttechnik GmbH, has been involved in recycling for decades. Eichert tells our interviewer, Marilena Berends, how the company hit on the idea for recycling past and all about the fledgling company’s global activities and its plans for the future. He also reveals when the first industrial recycling plant will go into operation.
