The seventh edition of B2B Nord, one of the biggest regional economic fairs in Germany, will open its doors on April 14, 2016 and welcome visitors to the fairgrounds in Hamburg-Schnelsen. There, entrepreneurs will have the chance to network and clinch potential new business contacts. An expert forum for exchanging knowledge and information has been added to the events this year.
“Future Network” in broadband expert forum
The Straßenverkehrsgenossenschaft Hamburg (SVG) or road transport cooperative’s expert forum will focus on logistics while the Nordgate network of cities will highlight commercial properties. The human resources consultancy, KarriereMakler, will present an expert forum backed by Barmer GEK health insurance while the Deutschen Glasfaser Holding GmbH will focus on the “Future Network” in their forum on broadband. Speakers on the main stage will give insight and impulses for marketing, sales, branding, social media and team development.
Protonet’s private cloud solutions
A future forum will give start-ups an opportunity to present their products or services to potential customers, partners and investors. The start-ups include Protonet Betriebs GmbH, a Hamburg-based successful provider of private cloud solutions, advocado GmbH from Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania that has developed a software solution for lawyers and those in need of legal advice as well as Quality Personnel Management GmbH from Düsseldorf.
During the economic dialogues (WirtschaftsDialogen) at B2B Nord, experts will focus on ways of using new, future-orientated technologies such as self-driven trucks. Another economic dialogue on commercial property will centre on whether communities along the A7 in northern Hamburg are prepared for property needs in the next years.
