Theater am Großmarkt Hamburg. This year’s congress will be held under the theme: “Think ahead – shape the lead!” International delegates including Prof. Wolfgang Henseler, Pforzheim University of Applied Science, and Stavroula Ekoutsidou, Ikea Food Germany will outline facts and figures, trends and potential markets.
