A new series of events called "WissenSchaf(f)t.Unternehmen" (literally: "Knowledge Creation") begins online at 6 pm on June 15, 2022. The first event will focus on new materials and products. The target group includes companies interested in co-operating with the materials science field. Founders, scientists and students are also welcome.
Five universities and research institutes will present their latest projects and highlight added value and opportunities for companies to co-operate with them. Targeted contacts can be made and possible collaborations discussed. Impulses will be given for boosting innovation and start-ups in the states of Hamburg, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Lower Saxony and Schleswig-Holstein. Female founders, entrepreneurs and scientists can learn how to pitch their ideas successfully to investors, learn about the respective funding opportunities in the states and the essentials of an application.
