Preview: hanse boot ancora boat show 2018

Amazing yachts and multihulls - extra hall on shore at in-water boat show

Visitors to the hanse boot ancora boat show in Neustadt/ Holstein from May 25-27, 2018 can look forward to 180 exclusive motorboats and yachts, multihulls and exceptional offers at the boardwalks of the five-star ancora marina. During the on-shore supporting programme, boating fans can try out maritime equipment and accessories in some 85 pagoda tents, and get extensive information from experts.

Show on water and land

Heiko Zimmermann, Project Director of the hanseboot ancora boat show, said: “Admission to the show is free again this year, giving visitors a wide ranging overview of the boat market for every taste and every budget, in the spectacular setting of the Bay of Lübeck. We are very pleased that the format is being expanded again this year. For the first time, we will have not only the pavilions along the harbour basin, but also an exhibition hall on the ancora marina site, focusing mainly on services, equipment and accessories. Our aim there is to create value added for trade visitors.”

Yachts and motorboats

The flags are flying for many prominent European yacht builders at the hanseboot ancora boat show, including Bavaria, Comfortina, Dufour Yachts, Hallberg-Rassy, HanseYachts, Impression, Italia Yachts, Jeanneau and X-Yachts. The boardwalks give fans an ideal setting to admire motor yachts, e.g. by Absolute, Comitti, Elling, Galeon, Prestige, Princess and Sunseeker. Yacht owners, leisure sailors and newcomers can walk around and look at the sailing and motorboat models for the new season, and go aboard. Zimmermann pointed out: “Some of the highlights for sailors have already emerged, such as the Luffe 40.04, and Solaris 42; we have real eye-catchers in the motor yacht section, too, with the Cranchi M 44 HAT and the Princess 43 Flybridge.”
