Four out of five recruiters consider artificial intelligence a key, future issue when selecting personnel. Prof. Dr. David Scheffer, Nordakademie, also believes in the power of AI. A psychologist by profession, Scheffer develops methods of interpreting the unconscious level of applicants through language analysis: “What and how we say something says a lot about what we will actually do in the end. And AI doesn’t just analyse what we say, it analyses how we say it.“ Hamburg’s first AI network in the healthcare sector, the Health AI Hub (HAIH) sector, opens Wednesday and offers an occasion to focus on the opportunities of AI.
Hamburg News also went behind the scenes at Spiegel Group and talked to Dr. Kerstin Fröhlich, Manager of Innovations, about what is often considered merely another buzzword, educational and teamwork. Read more in the first part of our Innovation Manager series.
