Philips Deutschland is reinventing itself and has replaced fixed office space in its headquarters in Hamburg with touchdown spaces, focus room and breakout areas. We talked to Peter Vullinghs, Head of Philips Deutschland, about what it’s like not having an office any more and how he is pushing ahead with innovations across the company.
