The “Masterplan 2020“ for crafts in Hamburg is being updated. The city and the Chamber of Crafts signed Tuesday an agreement to that effect. Josef Katzer, president of the Chamber of Crafts, which represents around 15,000 companies with around 120,000 employees noted the positive effects of the plan drawn up in 2011. The plan consists of eight key fields of activity such as securing professions, provision of commercial zones for craft companies, business start-ups and business succession.
