New magazine at start of fifth season
Gruner + Jahr will launch a magazine for start-ups to coincide with the start of the new season. The magazine about Germany’s “most successful start-up show” will contain reports about founders from the new and former seasons, their companies, ideas and projects as well as portraits of other successful entrepreneurs.
“The Lion’s Den” has made founding a company and entrepreneurship accessible to the general public,” said Horst Buttlar, Editor-in-Chief of Capital which developed the concept behind the magazine with the Berlin-based Business Punk. “We tell stories in front of, behind and beyond the den. Our aim is to address target groups that have not yet turned to business magazines,” said von Buttlar. The magazine will be published in early September.
