The new Code Working Space for fledgling companies and the IT sector is set to open in Hamburg this May, a press release said Tuesday (March 12, 2019). The co-working space provider is offering 50 modern workplaces and an event area near the historic Speicherstadt.
Stirring up digital landscape
Martin Wagner, founder and Managing Director of Code Working Space, said the company aims to bring together impulse generators and multipliers in the digital industry to mix up the digital landscape. Wagner and his business partner Frank Moll have worked in the digital sector for many years. Both had noted the lack of premises for genuine exchange and close co-operation between the various digital disciplines in Hamburg. The new co-working space will compensate by building on a family atmosphere with a manageable number of jobs. This is likely to make the new co-working space stand out from rivals in the Hamburg Metropolitan Region.
Integrated ball pit
“It was a great pleasure for us to design this location to meet our industry’s needs. For us, this means that fun should not be neglected either,” said Wagner. The new Code Working Space features a ball pit, a grandstand as well as all the mod cons.
