"Blockchance Conference" in Hamburg

Viva con Agua de Sankt Pauli e.V. to present Watercoin project with Blockchain Solutions

The “Blockchance Conference” underway in Hamburg from August 24-25, 2018 at the MLOVE Future City Campus in HafenCity is set to highlight the socio-economic effects of the upcoming blockchain innovation wave. Airbus, Hochbahn, Kodak, representatives of Hamburg’s parliament, the German Blockchain Foundation and several other experts will discuss the current state of research and present examples of blockchain technology. The Hamburg-based start-up Blockchain Solutions and Viva con Agua de Sankt Pauli e.V. will present their exclusive and brand new Watercoin project.

Platform for exchange

The “Blockchance Conference” aims to create a platform for exchanging knowledge and experience and to provide unique insights into developments in blockchain and crypto-currency technologies. Dr. Sebastian Saxe, CDO of the Ministry of Economics, Transport and Innovation in Hamburg will be the patron of the conference. More than 30 speakers will give keynotes on “Blockchain for Good”, “Future of Economics”, “Mobility and Blockchain”, “Blockchain for Good and Entertainment”, “Cryptocurrencies and Games” and “Blockchain in Marketing”.

Watercoin Project

Viva con Agua and the Hamburg-based start-up Blockchance Solutions will present the exclusive Watercoin project, which uses blockchain technology to enable the association to provide even more targeted and transparent aid where water is needed. The mix at the “Blockchance Conference” consists of technical lectures, panel discussions, exhibition area with product demonstrations, breaks for networking and an afterglow party in the in-house Beach Club and is unique in the cryptoscene.
