Maren Freyberg learned executive search from scratch at the international management consultancy, A.T. Kearney, and joined Cribb in 2000 after working abroad. As joint owner and managing director, she played a key role in building up the company. She has vast contacts across the German digital industry and is responsible for filling digital experts and executive vacancies at Cribb.
