Eurowings resumes direct Hamburg to Verona flight

Twice-weekly flight now available

Eurowings has resumed its direct Hamburg to Verona flight on Mondays and Fridays with immediate effect. The city near Lake Garda is a particularly popular destination.

Easy onward journey to city centre and lake

"The trend shows that north Germans are really longing for their long-sought after holiday. The direct flight is ideal for those people. The journey from the centrally-lying airport into the city centre or Lake Garda is easy," said Dirk Behrens, Director Aviation at Hamburg Airport.

Eurowings flying to 60 destinations from Hamburg Airport

Eurowings is offering flights to 60 destinations from Hamburg this summer. The airline is focusing mainly on sunny regions in Spain, Greece and Italy. Eurowings, subsidiary of Lufthansa, has also operated flights to six brand new destinations including Lisbon and Gothenburg since late March.
