Chamber of Commerce reopens inter-company vaccination centre

11 January 2022
Booster vaccinations for employees in small businesses until late January

The Chamber of Commerce has reopened its inter-company Coronavirus Vaccination Centre in co-operation with the UKE's Outpatient Centre. Booster vaccinations for employees in smaller companies are available until late January. The  vaccination centre first opened last June until late August.

Registration now possible

"More than 200 SMEs had their employees vaccinated in our inter-company vaccination centre last summer. It is unique in Germany," said Prof. Norbert Aust, President of the Chamber of Commerce, adding: "We are now offering the booster vaccinations to companies. That is crucial because the crisis is not over yet. We must vaccinate, vaccinate, vaccinate to protect ourselves from even more strains of the virus." Interested businesses can register on the Chamber of Commerce's website. The vaccination centre will remain open on a needs basis, but until the end of January at least.
