Werner discusses secret of HygCen's success - Schwerin-based test lab for medical devices

Confidence in medical products is a highly sensitive topic and has gone even higher up the agenda on the heels of the pandemic. Demand has increased enormously at HygCen GmbH based in Schwerin since coronavirus. The company counts among the few worldwide dealing with the effectiveness of disinfectants.

The testing laboratory in the Hamburg Metropolitan Region has 70 employees and has just scooped  the special jury prize at the Metropolitaner Awards for its special commitment to recruiting skilled workers. In this respect, the region has plenty of advantages.

Sebastian Werner, Managing Director of HygCen GmbH, reveals the quite simple secret to his success in this latest Future Hamburg Talk.
