More than 6,500 exhibitors will meet over 200,000 trade visitors from April 1-5, 2019 at the HANNOVER MESSE, which is gaining importance as a showcase for innovative products and services in the wake of CEBIT’s demise. Over 5.6 million business contacts make the fair a meeting place for decision-makers from all over the world.
Focus on artificial intelligence
The fair will focus on the interplay of automation and energy technology, intralogistics, IT platforms and artificial intelligence, which are catalysts of digital transformation across the industry. Next year’s will be held under the theme “Integrated Industry – Industrial Intelligence” to demonstrate the potential of this development with Sweden as partner country.
Joint Hanseatic stand
This year, Hamburg hosted its first joint stand with13 partners at the Hannover Messe. Feedback from customers, visitors and partners has been exceedingly positive. Not surprisingly, Hamburg will host another joint stand at the world’s largest industrial trade fair in 2019 to fly the flag for the Hanseatic city and the region. Companies, start-ups and institutions can apply now to take part. Innovative start-ups will also have an opportunity to participate in the joint Hamburg stand.
Participation still possible
Hamburg will present leading research institutes, universities and innovative companies on approx. 125 sqm under the motto “FUTURE HAMBURG” in Hall 2 “Research & Technology”.
