3rd Future Conference for Industry, Logistics and Ports to get underway on November 17

The 3rd Future Conference for Industry, Logistics and Ports gets underway on November 17 in the Digital Hub Logistics with emphasis on digitalisation and using artificial intelligence (AI) for innovations, functioning logistics chains and crises-proof energy supplies. Experts in the port, transport and energy industries are expected at the hybrid conference by Hamburg Invest and the Chamber of Commerce in Hamburg's Speicherstadt.

Keynotes and panels 

The conference will be opened by Dr Peter Tschentscher, Mayor of Hamburg. A keynote by Dr. Susan Wegner, Vice President of Artificial Intelligence & Data Analytics at Lufthansa Industry Solutions, will introduce delegates to digitalisation and AI. The first panel will focus on resilient logistic chains and innovations in the sector while a second panel will focus on using AI for crises-proof energy supplies. Industry-specific opportunities and challenges in north Germany will also be highighted.

Hybrid event and diverse speakers 

The hybrid event can be followed live and per stream. Places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Hafen Hamburg Marketing will provide information on registration, speakers, participating companies and institutions on its website. The delegates include Hamburger Hafen und Logistik AG, KPMG AG and IVH Industrieverband Hamburg e. V. among others.
