Internorga, the leading trade fair for the hospitality and catering industry, gets underway from March 8-12, 2024 in Hamburg's exhibition halls. Exhibitors from all corners of the globe will be presenting all their latests products, trends and innovations for the out-of-home market. The agenda also features various congresses and competitions and plenty of networking opportunities. Next year, emphasis is on AI developments and sustainability. 

Newcomer area, AI center and sustainability themes

"In keeping with Internorga's motto 'All together', we will again be bringing the entire industry together for five unforgettable days in 2024,"said Claudia Johannsen, Business Unit Director at Hamburg Messe und Congress. Emphasis is on networking opportunities while the Open Stage will enable trade visitors to attend keynote speeches, discussions and panel sessions. The "Off the Record" after-work lounge provides even further networking opportunities away from business talks. New young professionals can meet in the Newcomer Area to showcase their products and services. The AI Centre features solutions and applications to boost businesses. Sustainability especially in terms of packaging and delivery is also on the agenda.

Supporting events and congresses 

The trade fair begins with the International Foodservice Forum on March 7, 2024. The agenda also features the Community Catering Industry Day and several awards ceremonies. The Gastro Founder Award will also be presented for novel catering ideas while the Internorga Future Award honours companies for courage, innovative spirit and sustainability. The best young talents in cooking can look forward to the  Next Chef Award.
