Hamburg's start-ups urged to apply for Slush 2021

Apply now and attend Slush with Hamburg Invest

Technology start-ups based now have until the deadline of October 17, 2021 to submit their applications for Slush 2021  in Helsinki from December 1-2. Start-ups with company headquarters in Hamburg or the Hamburg Metropolitan Region are eligible to apply and can submit their entries to startup-unit@hamburg-invest.comHamburg Invest's Startup Unit will notify four selected start-ups per email by Friday, October 22 at the latest.

The non-profit event targets international tech start-ups, emerging scale-ups, investors and media representatives. The international Slush conference normally attracts more than 20,000 visitors every year. However, only 8,000 delegates including 1,500 investors and over a hundred journalists will be allowed to attend this year due to the pandemic.

Tickets and booth participation

The teams of founders receive, among others, conference tickets for two people per start-up, a travel allowance of up to EUR 1,000, a one-day booth participation. They are also invited to the Startup Unit's own events and can join its network. Apart from the many networking opportunities, Slush will also host all kinds of panel discussions etc. Hamburg Invest's Startup-Unit is the main point of contact for all queries about start-up offers including financing  in Hamburg, as well as key events and networks in the city.
