Hamburg to open outdoor cinema for bike riders

Bike riders and moviegoers can look forward to Hamburg’s first bicycle cinema on the Heiligengeistfeld. The drive-in cinema "Bewegte Zeiten" is being converted for one day and will show the movies "Das perfekte Geheimnis“, "Die Känguru-Chroniken", "Knives Out" and "Lindenberg! Mach dein Ding" on Friday, August 7, 2020 from 5 pm. Moviegoers with cars had earlier seized the opportunity to watch movies outdoors amid the corona crisis.
Mysterious and exciting
The screenings start at 5 pm with the comedy "Das perfekte Geheimnis" focusing on three women, four men and seven mobile phones. Do these friends and couples really know each other? During a discussion about sincerity over dinner, they decide to play a game. Everyone has to put their mobile phones on the table and share all incoming messages. SMS are read aloud, phone calls are listened to and every WhatsApp message is shown regardless of importance. What begins as harmless fun soon turns into an emotional tangle - full of surprising twists and turns and embarrassing revelations. This apparently perfect circle of friends has more secrets and lies than expected. Anjes Tjarks, Senator for Transport and Mobility Transition, and Michael Otremba, Managing Director of Hamburg Marketing GmbH are expected at the screening and will give short talks about Hamburg's efforts to promote cycling.
