Eva Danneberg, Managing Director of Werkhaus Design und Produktion GmbH, outlines how ecological, social and economic sustainability go hand in hand. Founded in 1992, the company has developed a novel plug-in system for wooden furniture, office supplies and wooden huts. Danneberg gives insight into the origins of the plug-in system, the company's involvement  in social participation and the importance of sustainable production and short delivery routes and a holiday camp for cyclists.
