Hamburg Airport co-operating with Flio airport app

Passengers get offers for shops and restaurants and Hamburg Airport's flight schedules

Hamburg Airport’s entire range of services is now available on the Flio airport app. Passengers can use Flio to book admission to the airport lounge, reserve parking spaces or avail of exclusive offers for shops and restaurants at the airport. The free app is available for mobile devices with Android and iOS.

Expansion of digital services at airport

Lutz Deubel, Head of Center Management at Hamburg Airport, said: “The co-operation with Flio adds another attractive service to our digital service for passengers. The app allows users to check their flight schedules, view maps of our airport and receive important information about Hamburg Airport. They also benefit from promotions and special offers in our shops and restaurants, and parking spaces and lounge access can also be booked quickly and conveniently.”

Most frequently used airport app worldwide

“As a Hamburg-based start-up with several global partnerships, it was a heart’s desire of the team to bring the advantages of FLIO to passengers at our home airport. We are very pleased that this co-operation is now starting,” said Stephan Uhrenbacher, founder of Flio – the most widely used airport app worldwide. Flio collates information from around 3,000 airports in a single app and is co-operates with numerous airports and airlines.
