Hamburg Airport adds Zadar and Kraków to network

Ryanair celebrates inaugural flights from Hamburg to Zadar and Kraków

Ryanair celebrated Monday (April 1, 2019) its inaugural flight to Zadar on Croatia’s Adriatic coast. The city and Kraków in Poland are both new destinations from Hamburg Airport, which the Irish airline has added at the star of the 2019 summer timetable. The airline is now operating a twice-weekly flight to Zadar on Mondays and Fridays. The inaugural Ryanair flight to Kraków followed on Tuesday and will be operated on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. A Boeing 737-800 aircraft will be flown on both routes.

“There is great demand on the part of our passengers for destinations all over Europe, so we are thrilled to see two more attractive destinations, Zadar and Kraków, added to our route network,” said Dr Joergen Kearsley, Head of Aviation Marketing at Hamburg Airport. The two new destinations bring the total number of European routes flown by Ryanair from Hamburg Airport in summer 2019 to 24. The airline currently has two Boeing 737-800 aircraft stationed at its Hamburg base.
