Participants will acquire in-depth knowledge in the use and construction of composite structures. Moreover, an insight into material components, production and property profiles of composite structures will be given. Furthermore, current lightweight application in aircraft, automotive and mechanical engineering will be discussed. The certificate programme will also present opportunities and limitations of composite metal hybrid construction.
Three Seminars for the Certificate
The certificate program consists of a total of three seminars, i. e a mandatory seminar and two elective seminars, which can also be booked individually. The compulsory seminar is dedicated to the technology of fiber-reinforced composites. Optional course include lightweight applications in aircraft construction, in the automotive industry, mechanical engineering and plant construction (CFRP = Replacement) and the composite-metal hybrid construction by multi material mix.
Under the direction of Prof. Dr.-Ing. Wilm Unckenbold, he potential of lightweight construction and applications for composite materials will be discussed by an experienced team of lecturers from industry and research. Next to technicians, master craftsmen and engineers, also people with technical skills in purchasing and managing are invited to attend the course. Members of the CFK Valley e.V. will receive a ten per cent discount.
