Renewables Hamburg Cluster at Husum Wind

For 25 years, HUSUM Wind has been the leading biennial trade fair for the wind industry

Next week, from 15 to 18 September, the wind industry will be coming together in the NordseeCongressCentrum and the five adjoining halls. More than 600 exhibitors from 25 nations are showing their products and services over an area of 25,000 square metres. In addition to the key players, the expected 20,000 visitors can enjoy the presence of many young and innovative enterprises that are presenting their new products and services. The exhibitors represent the whole supply chain for the onshore and offshore wind sector.

The Renewables Hamburg cluster will be participating with a joint stand. Its five exhibitors and three logo partners include Fraunhofer ISIT, Görg Rechtsanwälte, Kaiserwetter Asset Management GmbH, Osborne Clarke , SGS Germany as well as Adios Patent GmbH, cms@wind, windsourcing.com.

Highlight of the Programme

“German Onshore Wind – perspectives for investments in the leading EU market”: As a highlight of the fair’s programme, the Renewables Hamburger cluster will be hosting this workshop for international investors, project developers, legal and financial experts who are curious about the market prospects in the field of onshore wind energy in Germany. Speakers will include Dr. Knud Rehfeldt, German WindGuard, Margarete Padysz, Senvion SE, and Lars Quandel, HSH Nordbank.

“For international investors, Germany is Europe’s largest wind market, with more than 4,500 MW installed in 2014. With the workshop, we would like to communicate the unique advantages and the high quality of the German wind market to international trade fair visitors”, says Jan Rispens, managing director EEHH.
