2015 was a good year for the logistics sector and it remains a job catalyst for the region this year. An up-to-date survey of members by the Logistikinitiative Hamburg found that 41 per cent of companies wish to invest more in 2015. Some 47 per cent of firms expect rising employee numbers. About a third of companies in Hamburg seek, for instance, dispatchers, customs specialists and IT managers.
