The Hamburg real estate market is seeing high demand amongst both domestic and international investors. The investment volume for the first half of the year was 1.84 billion euros. According to BNP Paribas Real Estate, this is the highest half-year result seen since 2007. Market experts remain optimistic for the second half of the year. Hamburg’s inner-city locations are particularly popular.
