The start-up scene in Hamburg is thriving. Young entrepreneurs, however, may encounter many problems. Which company form is the right one, and what contacts are need to successfully establish a company, and which events should not be missed? In order to answer this answer, the industry initiative nextMedia.Hamburg launched the StartHub – a focal point for founders and other interested parties seeking help. On Mondays, the StartHub team at betahaus in Schanzenviertel will answer any questions regarding the establishment of a new enterprise from 3 p.m. to 6.p.m.
Starting a Start-Up in Eight Steps
There, May-Lena Signus and Veronika Reich Both will tackle topics assume ranging from making valuable contacts to funding advice and events. If startup enthusiasts do not make it to the StartHub, the initiative’s so-called “Founder Guide” will be able to help. Together with the consulting company eTribes, the founder guide will explain the eight important steps to successfully start a business. In addition, the example of a best-practice will be used to illustrate the successful formation of a GmbH, a limited company in Germany.
