Rent24 is planning its latest co-working space in Hamburg’s Kaufmannshaus and will open in September when construction ends, a press release said Wednesday (July 25, 2017). More than 2,000 square metres of open areas as well as variously-sized private offices and community areas including lounges and an activity room will be available. “The location complements our current portfolio perfectly. Entrepreneurs and business people will find the ideal conditions for market success in this elegant, modern and creative ambience at a top inner-city location,” said Robert Bukvic, founder and CEO of rent24 GmbH.
“Kaufmannshaus” owned by RFR Holding, second branch
RFR Holding, headquartered in Frankfurt, owns the “Kaufmannshaus”, built in 1905 and refurbished in 2007. “We are delighted to have acquired rent24, a modern and emerging company, as a tenant,” said Birgit Ritscher-Filka, Director of Leasing and Marketing at RFR Management GmbH. In March, rent24 announced a co-working and co-living campus in a former factory building in Hamm. The 7,500-square metre building is currently undergoing refurbishment and will launch in 2018.
