Hamburg has launched the new online magazine www.hamburg-ahoi.com. This week, the magazine and the Elbphilharmonie Hamburg invited around 20 global Instagrammers to the city to mark the launch during which photos were shown Wednesday and are available under #elphimeetshamburgahoi on Instagram. Around 100 guests including editors, bloggers, photographers and young representatives of the digital scene such as the founders of Heute in Hamburg or Mit Vergnügen Hamburg came together with Instagrammers for the event. The former HSV professional soccer player Marcell Jansen attended the network launch on “Island” in Hamburg’s Oberhafen.
Individual tour of Elbphilharmonie
The online magazine, hamburg-ahoi.com, is published by Hamburg Marketing GmbH and is edited by Die Brueder agency based in Hamburg und Berlin. Hamburg Marketing GmbH holds international “Instameets” in co-operation with the Elbphilharmonie Hamburg. This week, around 20 national and international Instagrammers spent a few days exploring Hamburg and its new concert hall. Their itinerary included a tour of the harbour, Speicherstadt, Schanzenviertel and St. Pauli as well as the town hall. However, a personal tour of the Elbphilharmonie proved the climax and Intagammers took their photos in the concert hall and on the rooftop terrace. The pictures by various photographers including @thomas_k (D), @laurenlemon (US) or @Hirozzzz (JAP) can be found on #elphimeetshamburgahoi.
