cash4brands opens first store in Hamburg

Upscale consignment shops buys and sells designer clothes and accessories. New second hand buying concept with payment right on the spot.

Chanel, Dior and Gaultier are designer names that sound like music to the ears of fashionistas and makes their hearts beat faster. So far, mainly the well-off women had the privilege to wear the fashionable highlights – but thanks cash4brands, these circumstances has changed. The company operates an online shop for the purchase and sale of high-quality designer fashion. On August 1, cash4brands goes the next step and opens the first store in Hamburg.

A different second hand concept

Unlike other thrift concepts, customers at cash4brands will get a buying offer by a fashion expert and be offered immediate payment for their goods. If the brand is on the list of wanted labels, and the condition of the clothing is good, they will have good chances to get a more than fair price. The advantages are obvious: cash4brands allows all fashionistas with a small wallet to wear coveted luxury labels. At the same time, the sale creates new wardrobe space and allows the buyer to get rid of superfluous items without being wasteful.

Striving for sustainability

With its recycling concept, the company wants to make a clear statement and offer an alternative to today’s “throw-away society”. Sustainability and social responsibility is thus a big issue in cash4brands. Therefore, the company is working closely together with charities such as the DRC or I: collect. If goods are not sold, they will be donated to people in need.
